To join or renew your membership to our local CMENC chapter at Ball State, simply sign up and pay your dues during rush week or anytime after. Dues can be given to any member of the Executive Board or either of our faculty advisors.
Dues are $10 unless you have a receipt from another professional music organization such as NBA, ASTA, ACDA, etc. If you have a receipt, dues are then $5.
Dues can be paid by cash or check. Checks are to be made out to BSU CMENC.

- Click on the "(to join now click here), next to the MENC Collegiate Membership.
-Depending on if you are a returning or new member you will either choose "MENC members" or "Want to Join MENC?"
- On this page click on "renew your membership" to renew your current membership or "here" to start a new account.
- Fill out the form skipping the work address, also set your home address as the primary.
- Click on the button that says "Save and add MENC membership".
- Once the form is filled out correctly, you will be prompted to select the correct state (Indiana).
- After clicking on "Indiana" select "MENC Collegiate".
- After clicking"MENC Collegiate" scroll down and check the "IN" Box,then click continue.
- Then click the box that says Ball State, then click continue.
- Enter your expected graduation date, then click continue.
- Don't select the magazine subscription unless you want it, click continue.
- Skip the donations, unless you want to donate, click continue.
- A screen should pop up displaying your total price, it should be 22.00 dollars unless you added something.
- You will have to use a credit card to purchase your membership. This is the only way they offer.
